Industrial gas products are essential raw materials that underpin modern industry. Often referred to as the "blood" of industry, industrial gases are playing an increasingly prominent role and holding greater significance in the national economy. Their applications span across a wide range of sectors, including petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, steelmaking, machinery, electronics, power generation, glass, ceramics, building materials, and food processing. When selecting and using industrial gases, it is crucial to take into account their safety and quality to prevent accidents and ensure safe operations.
1. Choose a qualified gas supplier and do not purchase gas sold by illegal vendors.
2. Areas storing industrial oxygen are prohibited from being stored together with various flammable materials, oils, metal powders, hydrogen cylinders, acetylene cylinders, and cylinders containing other flammable gases.
3. It is strictly prohibited to heat gas cylinders using a heat source with a temperature exceeding 40℃. During storage or use, cooling measures must be taken to prevent the cylinder temperature from rising above 40℃.
4. Inert gases (such as nitrogen and argon) should not be used in enclosed spaces for experimental analysis, welding, cryogenic refrigeration, purging, or other similar operations.
